Jail Gallery's group exhibition "Etrangetes Gifts" featured the works of 12 artists and designers, including Society for Rational Dress.

SfRD designer, Corinne Grassini, was asked to show a piece at the exhibition inspired by her passion for architecture. Grassini's literal approach to the project put on display her "hinge dress". The "hinge dress" features two vintage door hinges that provide structure for the bias cut silk gown draped from them.
